weight loss after the baby..
i was breast feeding but had to quit due to medications i had to be on...soo no help there...lol
anyway...how are all u mothers who have had your babies doing...and what are you doing to loose if you are...
I am trying to stick to HIGH protein diet...which i think if i actually stuck to my plan i would be good...just hard to get back into the mind set..also my "fat" head wants to take over when i go to fix my food...i find my self always worried if i will have enough...crazy...but it is the mind of a person with an eating disorder...which is how i got to 450 lbs in the first place...
anyway...just wondering if anyone else is going through this...where are u finding support...encouragement..etc?

Well weightloss at anytime in our lives isn't easy right? Or else none of us would be here. But I find myself doing a lot of thinking and reaching in to not let the fat brain take over, and ya its hard. You didn't mention if your exercise or not? I do and it's the best thing in the world. We naturally benefit from it for our bodies. But I also feel that the more I exercise, the less I think about food, if that makes any sense, lol. I do the Insanity workout w/some coworkers and it helps a lot to have a support team. I'm also drinking protein shakes in am, at least mon-fri. This way I start the day saying, I started eating healthy, lets keep it going. Don't get me wrong I'm quite the cookie monster too and love fries, but just try to limit it as much as I can. Good luck and take is slow! You can do it!! :-)
